Volunteer

Hi Bulldog Families! The Booster Club budgets for the players to be fed before each weekday game. Though we have a few games for which meals have been donated by certain of our sponsors, most of the game meals need to arranged/picked up/delivered to the school by parent volunteers. The sign-up is for the season as is currently scheduled. (As we all know, there will be changes!) A handful of things to keep in mind:

Generally, plan for 22 meals. 

The Booster Club has asked the we keep the cost to approximately $150 per game. Please keep receipts and submit to Paige Baker for reimbursement.

Generally, meals for home games should be there by 3:00.  Away games may vary depending on when the bus is scheduled to leave.

Away game meals should be a sack meal – they will eat on the bus (or while waiting for the bus).

For the meals that have been donated, the meal just needs to be picked up and brought to the school. The sign-up indicates if a meal has been donated for that game. (For meals providing by the sponsors, please try to grab a few pictures of the boys eating – we try to do a thank you social media posts tagging the sponsors and sharing some pictures.)
